I have practiced massage for over 25 years and have studied many massage modalities. These days I like to focus on the relaxation and aromatherapy aspect more than the remedial. I mostly use DoTERRA essential oils as I truly believe they are the the most effective and pure. Massage is a wonderful way to topically apply the essential oils, and can target specific areas where they are needed in the body.

Massage treatments can be added onto your reflexology treatment. Usually people add back and neck massages, head and face massage, or back and legs. However, for the ultimate luxury you can also add a full body massage if you so desire. Reflexology treatments are one hour on their own, but there are various ways you can add a massage;

• A one-hour reflexology with added 30, 45, or 60-minute massage
• A 45-minute reflexology with added 30, 45, or 60 minute massage
