I'm Lara, a Clinical Reflexologist and Aromatherapist. I've been practising complementary therapies since 2001 and reflexology since 2003.

I welcome people looking for time to unwind, support with everyday stress, or a little space to focus on their wellbeing. You don't need to have a particular health concern to come for a treatment.

I have a particular interest in women's hormonal and reproductive health, including fertility, pregnancy and the transition through perimenopause and menopause, as well as supporting people living with chronic health conditions, and have completed further advanced training in these areas.

I'm passionate about aromatherapy and the many ways essential oils can support health and wellbeing, both within my treatments and as part of everyday life. I continue to deepen my knowledge and am currently studying towards a qualification in Aromatic Medicine.

My approach is warm, individual and unhurried, with treatments tailored to you and what you need at that particular point in your life.
