About Me
I trained in body massage, reflexology, sports massage and aromatherapy between 2000-2002, gaining ITEC qualifications in all four therapies. Later I trained in Indian Champissage (head massage) with Narendra Mehta, and La Stone (hot and cold stone) massage with Jane Scrivens. Having loved receiving bodywork treatments my whole life, I primarily signed up for the course on the premise that it would mean I’d get many treatments myself during the practical lessons! Little did I know that I would make a lifelong career out of it.
Having run busy practices on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders for 20 years, we then relocated across country to this beautiful county of Herefordshire. I am passionate about reflexology and I am in constant awe as I learn more about this fascinating treatment modality – either through watching the effects on my clients, or reading and attending courses of further study. I love meeting people from all walks of life, and I feel blessed to be able to help people on their journey to health and well-being.
Fees and promotions:
Reflexology/Aromareflexology - 1hr £50
Hot & Cold Stone Reflexology - 1hr £55
Reflexology and Massage or facial combined treatments:
- 1hr 15 minutes £62.50
- 1hr 30 minutes £75
- 1hr 45 minutes £87.50
- 2hr £100
Add £5 for hot and cold stones.
Add £5 for organic aromatherapy facial.
I do run many promotions throughout the year so it’s best to check my website and Facebook page regularly.
My location
I am based in the Hereford Centre for Natural Health, located on Eastholme Ave in Belmont, Hereford, HR2 7XT.
The center is easily accessible from Hereford, Little Dewchurch, Ross-on-Wye, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye, Much Dewchurch, and surrounding areas. I also see clients from the wider Herefordshire and surrounding regions.
