I trained in reflexology and aromatherapy between 2000-2002, gaining ITEC qualifications in both therapies. A few years later I trained in Indian Champissage (head massage) with Narendra Mehta, and La Stone (hot and cold stone) massage with Jane Scrivens. Later training in pregnancy aromatherapy with Penny Price, maternity reflexology with Sally Earlham, and Face Reflexology with Jane Lawson. Having loved receiving bodywork treatments my whole life, I primarily signed up for the courses on the premise that it would mean I’d get many treatments myself during the practical lessons! Little did I know that I would make a lifelong career out of it.

Having run busy clinics on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders for 20 years, we then relocated across country to this beautiful county of Herefordshire. I am passionate about reflexology and I am in constant awe as I learn more about this fascinating treatment modality – either through watching the effects on my clients, or reading and attending courses of further study. I love meeting people from all walks of life, and I feel blessed to be able to help people on their journey to health and well-being.
